Kathmandu. The Armed Police Force's striking team arrested a former ward chairman along with cash from Haripurwa village in Haripurwa Municipality-2, Sarlahi. The Armed Police team arrested 65-year-old Purushottam Yadav after he was found carrying cash during the election silence period. He is a former ward chairman.The team led by Armed Police Inspector Sujan Ranabhat, deployed for election security in Sarlahi Constituency Number-2, arrested him and handed him over to the local police.
