Post-production work of Jhinge Dau has completed, confirmed its director Gyanendra Deuja on Thursday. Director Deuja had been to Srikali Chaur in Lalitpur for its shooting. He had a plan to complete the shooting on Wednesday when the end-clap of the movie was held. However, due to rains, he could complete the shooting only on Thursday.

Owing to the rapid surge in COVID-19 cases, the government has closed the cinema theatres indefinitely. However, the government has allowed the shooting of movies by adopting the COVID-19 safety guidelines.
Utilising this provision, Lakhey is being shot in the Kathmandu Valley from the second week of January.
A film “Love Guru” is being prepared under the banner of Sadakshya Films.
Directed by Aaditya Budathoki, shooting of the film is said to begin immediately after COVID-19 cases come under control.
Actress Keki Adhikari has tested positive for COVID-19. The shooting schedule of her upcoming movie ‘Ghintang’ has been postponed due to it. The production team was preparing for the shoot from Monday.
