MYAGDI: The Jomsom-Pokhara flight service has come into operations after around three months.
The flight transport service from Gandaki province headquarters, Pokhara, to the tourism hub, Jomsom, of Mustang has remained closed since November 2023 due to unfavorable weather conditions.
The Summit Airlines, which suspended its air service since December 6 last year, started boarding passengers from March 1 (Friday), informed Jomsom Airport Chief Hiron Shah.
Additionally, Tara Airlines, which halted its service since last November 26, has also made preparations to resume Jomsom-Pokhara flights.
