Biplav Accuses Prachanda of Lying About Communist Unity Efforts

Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplav', the General Secretary of the CPN (Maoist), has stated that Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, the chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal, lied regarding unity efforts.
