The South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) and the Asia Pacific Joining Forces (AJF) have committed cooperation for the rights and welfare of children in the SAARC region.
Within a short period of its establishment, this mental health and well-being platform has helped hundreds of people across Nepal, and is now tipped to win Global Startup Awards from the SAARC region
It may be noted that the foreign minister level SAARC meeting had declared Ghalegaun as a model rural tourism village of the SAARC region. The joint government formed after the success of the People's Movement in 2006.
Earlier, tourists from SAARC region had to pay only Rs 200 as entry fee. Similarly, the government has increased entry fee of tourists out from SAARC region to Rs 3,000 from Rs 2,260.
