Kathmandu. One person has been arrested on charges of using abusive language in a picture posted on social media Facebook. Pradyumna Shrestha, 61, of Chandragiri Municipality Ward No. 11 Satungal, was arrested by a police team dispatched from the Cyber Bureau.
