Judicial Council Secretariat closed

KATHMANDU, May 5: The Secretariat of the Judicial Council has decided to close the Secretariat today, expressing sorrow over the untimely demise of its member and senior advocate Laxmi Bahadur Nirala Khadka. Judicial Council Member Nirala dies of Corona Virus

KATHMANDU, May 4: Member of Judicial Council and Senior Advocate Laxmi Bahadur Khadka ‘Nirala’ passed away today. He was 77. Also a former Attorney General, Khadka was admitted to the Armed Police Hospital, Balambu, on April 23 after he tested positive for corona virus.    Spokesperson of the Council, Man Bahadur Karki, shared that Khadka died of Corona Virus infection.  Khadka has a great contribution to the country’s law and judicial sector. He was  appointed as the member of Judicial Council some 16 months ago.
