KATHMANDU, June 28: Bam Dev Gautam, who has been organizing Communist Party of Nepal Unity National Campaign, has announced the formation of a new political party.
Organizing an event at Kathmandu, Gautam announced the conversion of the campaign into a new political party on Tuesday.
Gautam, who has been given a position of coordinator of the party, informed that the party will have a central committee with 75 members and a standing committee with members not more than 15.
Likewise, the party will have a chairperson, seven vice-chairperson, one secretary general, one deputy secretary general, one treasurer and one secretary.
The party’s main objective will be to unify all the communist parties in the country and the party will launch a three month campaign accordingly.
