Complaint filed with Cyber Bureau to remove Mayor Balen Shah's rap battle from YouTube
Kathmandu. A complaint has been filed with the Cyber Bureau demanding the removal of Mayor Balendra Shah 'Balen's' rap battle. Former Constituent Assembly member Sunil Babu Pant has submitted the complaint to the bureau. In his application, Pant has requested that the battle performed by Shah in 'Raw Barz' be removed from YouTube.The complaint claims that Shah displayed obscenity in the battle.
