Shrestha recommended as SC Justice, Kunwar as High Court Chief Judge - Khabarhub
KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Judicial Council (JC) has recommended the Chief Judge of Biratnagar High Court Til Prasad Shrestha as the Justice of Supreme Court.
The meeting today of the Judicial Council decided to recommend Chief Judge of Biratnagar High Court Til Prasad Shrestha to the post of justice of the Supreme Court.
The Judicial Council picked High Court Chief Judges Kumar Chudal and Nahakul Subedi for the SC justices. Chudal is currently serving as Chief Judge of High Court in Patan and Subedi as Chief Judge of High Court in Surkhet.
