The Rukum East road section of the Mid-Hill Highway has been obstructed by a landslide at Bhume Rural Municipality-4, halting the vehicular traffic. As a result of the road obstruction since today morning, vehicles including passenger and cargo ones have been stuck in midway stranding passengers, said Chief District Officer Madhav Prasad Sharma.
