Raybhar released on bail of Rs. 25,000 as per SC order, High Court had slapped him a bail of Rs. 7.5 million
A joint bench of SC justices Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha and Sapana Pradhan Malla had on Friday nullified the order of the Patan High Court that had slapped a bail of Rs. 7.5 million on Raybhar.
The High Court Patan has issued an interlocutory order, asking Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC), not to demolish the Bhadrakumari Ghale charity building.
Actor Paul Shah, who was found guilty by Nawalpur District Court in the case of sexual abuse of a minor, has appealed against this in the Pokhara High Court.
