KATHMANDU, Jan. 4: Kathamndu Metropolitan has forbidden entering schools without prior approval. The Metropolitan Education Department has banned entry into the school without prior approval saying that donations are being asked in the school in the name of various associations, guest teachers, and other names. The Department of
