KATHMANDU, June 6: Nepal beat Bhutan by four wickets in a qualifier match of the Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup.
Batting first, Bhutan had set a target of 67 runs which Nepal chased down in 13.1 overs, losing six wickets.
Sanu Rajbanshi contributed a highest of 30 runs for Nepal. Likewise, Sana Prabina hit 12 runs while Shristi Jaisi and Aasma Pulami Magar contributed 8 and three runs respectively.
With this win, Nepal currently in third position on the scoreboard with four points.
Nepal is now scheduled to play against Thailand on Tuesday and Malaysia on Thursday.
