Kathmandu. The resignation submitted by Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa to Vice President Bishwa Prakash Sharma has not yet reached the central office for registration. An aide to Thapa informed that President Thapa submitted his resignation to Vice President Sharma on Wednesday evening. However, Sharma has not yet endorsed it for registration.According to the Congress bylaws, the President submits the resignation to the Vice President, and the Vice President orders its registration at the central office.
