KATHMANDU, Aug 7: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CIB) of Nepal Police has issued an arrest warrant against four former ministers including Nepali Congress (NC) leader Bijay Kumar Gachhadar in connection with the Lalita Niwas land grab scam.
