As the mercury continues to drop it is getting colder all over the country. Considering the sudden increase in cold in the country including in the federal capital Kathmandu, the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Weather Forecasting Division has requested one and all to take necessary measures and precautions to avoid it.
