KATHMANDU, Oct 8: Revenue from issuing climbing permit that the Nepal Mountaineering Association had been raising since the past 15 years will now be raised by the government.
Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel has said that the government had to downsize the budget of the current fiscal year through the half-yearly review since there it is difficult to meet the target of revenue collection and expenditures.
The cost of revenue collection in Nepal is gradually decreasing.
