Biratnagar, October 4 — A cyclist has died after being struck by a freight truck on the ICP Road in Biratnagar-18, leading to protests from the victim's relatives demanding action against the driver and compensation for the family.  The protesters have obstructed traffic on the road, prompting police to use force to control the situation.
