Biratnagar. Monsoon and westerly winds have affected daily life due to adverse weather in Koshi Province and across the country. The Koshi Province Police Office has stated that although rural road sections have been blocked due to continuous rain in the hilly districts of Koshi Province, there has been no human or major physical damage so far.
