Five Arrested in Morang for Alleged Rape of Minor
Morang. Police have taken five people into custody on suspicion of rape of a minor in Morang.On the morning of July 19, 18-year-old Mohammad Arman, a city driver from Sunbarsi Municipality, Morang, lured a minor from the same municipality to Yumi Cafe located in Rangi Municipality-03.There, Arman committed rape by coercion with various temptations.
