KATHMANDU, June 29:Tuesday’s hearing over the House dissolution case concluded.
Four deputy attorney generals --- Padam Prasad Pandey, Bishwa Raj Koirala, Dr Tek Bahadur Ghimire and Shyam Kumar Bhattarai---- pleaded on behalf of the government and attempted to defend the House dissolution move.
Of the 15 hours allotted to the defendants, the legal practitioners and government attorneys will now have 7 hours and 55 minutes.
Similarly, one out of 15 hours has been allocated for the legal practitioners of Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota.
