Due to lack of law, it is difficult to distribute relief to families affected by the Rasuwa Bhote Koshi flood, said Shanti Mahat, spokesperson for the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority. Speaking at an interaction program on legal provisions and implementation status of disaster risk reduction and management in Kathmandu on Monday, she stated that problems have arisen in distributing relief to the families of those who went missing due to the flood.
