Nationwide Forecast: Thunderstorms and Light to Moderate Rain Expected in Most Cities

Kathmandu. On Friday, light to moderate rain with thunderstorms and lightning is forecast in most major cities across the country.  Although the weather is expected to be cloudy in most parts of the country with a possibility of rain, the maximum temperature is likely to remain high in some districts of the Terai. Today, during the daytime, moderate rain with thunderstorms and lightning is forecast in Jumla, Pokhara, Kathmandu, Okhaldhunga, Dhankuta, Jiri, and Taplejung.
