Kathmandu. An Indian national has been arrested from Tribhuvan International Airport with undeclared foreign currency. Jagdish Mohan Rao, 36, a resident of Bangalore, India, has been arrested. He was about to depart from Kathmandu to Bangalore on Nepal Airlines flight number RA225 on Bhadra 23rd, when he was taken into custody by the police from the airport's baggage checking area. During the X-ray baggage check, 635,000 Indian Rupees, 635 Chinese Yuan, 10 Hong Kong Dollars, 1,186,000 Vietnamese Dong, and 170 Thai Baht of undeclared source were recovered from him.
