Kathmandu. Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Vice-Chair and former minister Bikram Pandey has been arrested by the police. He was taken into custody for allegedly manipulating the government tender website to secure contracts for his own company. CIB AIG Dr. Manoj KC confirmed that Pandey was arrested in Kathmandu.Pandey is the operator of Kalika Construction.
