Kathmandu. The Department of Meteorology has stated that a western low-pressure system is currently influencing Nepal. Due to this influence, hilly areas in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces are completely cloudy, while the remaining areas are partly cloudy.
