Supreme Court Refuses Interim Order on Agricultural Company Assistant Manager Post

The Supreme Court has refused to issue an interim order, determining that the minimum educational qualification sought for the Assistant Manager (Plant Operator) post at the Agricultural Inputs Company Limited and the applicant's qualification did not match. A joint bench of Justices Kumar Regmi and Shreekant Poudel issued the order on Tuesday.The Agricultural Inputs Company Limited had published an advertisement on March 20, 2020, inviting applications for the post of 'Assistant Manager (Plant Operator)'.
