Hetauda. The National Independent Party (RSP) Bagmati Province convention is to be held in Hetauda on Tuesday. Preparations for the RSP Bagmati Province convention, to be held at Himalayan Darbar in Hetauda-1, have reached the final stage.Representatives from 13 districts of the province will be selected and come for the convention, informed RSP Bagmati Province Chairman and Member of Parliament Dr. Achyutam Lamichhane.
