The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing for the writ petition filed by Kishori Sah, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate for Dhanusha Constituency No. 1, after the Election Commission canceled his candidacy.The hearing on Sah's writ petition is scheduled for Sunday before a joint bench of Justices Binod Sharma and Meghraj Pokharel. Previously, the Supreme Court had ordered the Election Commission to present the reasons for canceling Sah's candidacy.
