Police have reported that at least 7 people have died in two separate explosions on the roadside in Bannu district of Pakistan's northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.According to police, a private pickup truck carrying passengers was targeted with a remote-controlled 'improvised explosive device'. Further casualties occurred when a second explosion hit another vehicle used for rescue efforts while transporting the injured to the hospital. Three people were injured in both explosions.No group has immediately claimed responsibility for the incident.
