Kathmandu, Dec 10: A committee formed to investigate into the incident of suicide by a father and his daughter in Bardiya has begun an onsite study.Anju Tharu, 22, of Badhaiyatal rural municipality-4 killed herself after local body and administration allegedly discriminated against her in granting citizenship.
