Kathmandu. Nepali Congress President Gagan Thapa has taken a jibe at Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane. Addressing an election rally organized by the Nepali Congress in Pokhara, Kaski on Friday, President Thapa stated that someone orchestrated the burning of properties including Singha Durbar on Bhadra 24 and used that opportunity to escape from jail.
