According to the report titled 'Real Estate Transaction Trends and Current Status' published by the Economic Research Department of Nepal Rastra Bank, a significant increase in real estate transactions was observed in the third quarter of fiscal year 2082/83. The report's data shows a notable improvement in transaction numbers, area, total value, and revenue collection compared to the previous year.
