Banke. Police have arrested one person on the charge of forcibly raping a 14-year-old girl in Banke. The arrested person has been identified as Dhiraj Lamichhane Magar, 25, residing in Kaushilanagar, Kohalpur Municipality-1. He was taken into police custody on Thursday evening. Upon receiving a complaint that Dhiraj had forcibly raped the girl, a police team from the Area Police Office, Kohalpur, was dispatched.
