Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal has stated that long-term international cooperation is necessary for the resettlement and reconstruction in Nepal, which has been affected by climate-induced disasters. While addressing the latest situation of climate-induced disasters in Nepal at the G7 Development Ministers' meeting held on the occasion of the 81st UN General Assembly, he urged for G7 cooperation and collaboration in resettlement, climate finance, disaster preparedness, multilateral financial cooperation, and the Himalayan region.
