Kathmandu. The severe flood in Bhote Koshi, Rasuwa on Bhadra 10 has affected transportation and bridges in districts including Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading. Flood-affected locals are compelled to use alternative routes to cross Trishuli, and wait for hours for their turn to use a pulley system for crossing.
