Kathmandu. The Secretariat meeting of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is scheduled to convene today. The meeting, which was previously slated for Saturday, was postponed until today after Chairman Rabi Lamichhane fell ill. The meeting is reported to be held at 10 AM at the party office in Banasthali. Discussions in the meeting will focus on recommending proportional representation candidates for the House of Representatives election 2082 and necessary steps to appoint senior leader Balen Shah as the parliamentary party leader.
