New Delhi. India's National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed formal charges against 10 people in connection with the fatal car bomb blast in Delhi in 2025. At least 11 people were killed in the explosion near the historic Red Fort. The investigation agency has claimed that the accused are linked to an Al-Qaeda-inspired group.Last year on November 10, an explosion occurred near a busy metro station in Delhi's old area.
