Kathmandu. Due to the obstruction in the vehicle registration process at the Department of Transport Management for the past four to five months, new vehicles could not be added this Dashain. While new public vehicles are added every year during the festival season to ease passenger management, this year, with registrations halted, there is a challenge of managing travel for over 1.5 million passengers with the existing vehicles.
