Mayor of Pokhara Metropolitan City Dhanraj Acharya has protested after the Nepal Trust advanced the process of leasing valuable land including Ratna Mandir, Himagriha, and Barahi Ghat on the banks of Phewa Lake to the private sector for 30 years.He has called for participation in the lease process, stating that the Trust is proceeding with the lease against the Supreme Court's order and the Metropolitan City's standards.
