National Security Council Concludes Election Security Arrangements are Adequate

Kathmandu. The National Security Council has decided to ensure that there is no shortage of any kind to conduct the House of Representatives election in a fair, fearless, peaceful, and flawless manner.The Council, chaired by its chairman and Prime Minister Sushila Karki, reviewed the election security arrangements at a meeting held today at Singha Durbar and concluded that all necessary security arrangements for the election are in place.The meeting decided to mobilize the concerned security agencies in a more effective and coordinated manner to maintain peace, security, and order in the country, informed Defense Ministry Secretary Kedarnath Sharma.Various challenges to...
