Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) Executive Director Dr. Chandikaprasad Bhatta's government vehicle met with an accident in Kalanki Chowk in the capital on Saturday afternoon, which he was driving himself. Bhatta, who was out in a government-plated vehicle on a public holiday, was taken into custody by traffic police along with the vehicle after it hit a divider.The accident occurred around 2 PM on Saturday afternoon when the vehicle hit a divider at Kalanki Chowk.
