Former Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (Lospa) Nepal Lumbini Province President Santoshkumar Pandey has expressed disagreement with the adjustment program of the then JSP Nepal and Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (Lospa) Nepal Lumbini Province committees scheduled for October 18.
