District Police Office Rukum-Paschim has arrested two people with brown sugar from Sherigaun, Muskot Municipality-5 of the district.Those arrested are Himal Gharti of Bhume Rural Municipality-2 of Rukum-Purba and 28-year-old Raj Budha of the same place, informed District Police Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police Ved Bahadur Poudel.
