Kathmandu. Federal revenue has increased by 3.2 percent by Falgun of the current fiscal year. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle stated this while presenting the economic survey of the fiscal year 2082/83 in the House of Representatives.He said that although federal expenditure increased by 10.4 percent, capital expenditure could not be significantly improved. He said, 'During this period, 3 kharba public debt has been mobilized including internal and external debt. The government's fiscal balance is in deficit by 58 billion and the primary balance is in deficit by 9 billion.'...
