Kathmandu. The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is preparing to install seven thousand 'Cat's Eyes' on the roads. These reflective markers, which shine at night, are expected to aid in reducing road accidents.KMC's Traffic Management Advisor, Jagat Man Shrestha, informed that the tender process has already been called for this purpose and work will commence immediately.
