Baglung to Vaccinate All Children Against Measles Following Outbreak

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Health and Population is set to vaccinate all children in Baglung district against measles.Dr. Abhiyan Gautam, Chief of the Child Health and Immunization Section at the Department of Health Services, stated that the decision was made after a measles outbreak in Dhorpatan Municipality. The vaccination campaign is scheduled to begin in Baisakh.Previously, a vaccination campaign was conducted in Dhorpatan Municipality following the initial outbreak.
