New Delhi. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced new and stringent rules for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026. Directives have been issued stating that no team will be allowed to practice on the day of the match, and players will not be permitted to undergo fitness tests, for the tournament starting March 28.The board has taken this step to maintain discipline and ensure equal opportunity for all teams.
