Kathmandu. Sulekh Kharel of the Rastriya Swatantra Party has been elected in Rupandehi-2. Kharel was elected by securing 56,550 votes.Kharel's closest competitor, Bishnu Prasad Paudel of CPN-UML, only received 12,861 votes.Similarly, Chunnaprasad Paudel of the Nepali Congress secured 9,392 votes.
